  • Free shipping to United States in all orders through Fedex. (All taxes and duties included in price).
  • All other countries please send an email to info@xiraffa.com and we will let you know about your shipping cost, taxes and duties.
  • Delivery times are for in stock products only.
  • All deliveries are tracked. We will provide the client his Fedex Tracking number.
  • Please be aware that Spain public holidays will affect your expected delivery date.
  • Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
  • All orders come packed in our branded boxes, free of charge.
 

My Merchandise Returns

 

What do I have to do to return an article?

To request a pickup online at your address, send us an email to our section “Contact us” giving  your email and the Order Number  (which you will find in the email confirming your order), and an address where the returned articles can be picked up.

After verifying the data, we will send a carrier to the address you have given us in the following 72 working hours.  The carrier will get in touch with you to arrange the pickup hour.

 

What are  the terms for returning the merchandise?

You have 14 days from the time you receive the merchandise.

 

Is there any cost for returning the merchandise?

The returns are always free.

 

How will I receive my refund?

Once the refund has been approved, you will receive the refund by the same method you payed for it.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once that the returned articles have proved to be in perfect condition and that the tickets are intact, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that the amount will be sent to your account (always using the same payment method used to buy it)  in the next few days. Remember that the time that it takes to appear in you account depends on you Bank.

 

What to do if the amount of the refund is incorrect?

Write an e-mail to our section “Contact us” and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

 

Xiraffa reserves its right to refuse returned merchandise  communicated or sent

outside the set deadline , as well as articles that are not in the same condition as when they were shipped.
